Brûlée Pumpkin Spice Boba
- 60g of Pumpkin Powder
- 300 mL of hot water
- 120 mL of Crème Brûlée Powder
- Caramel Sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- add 60g of pumpkin powder mix
- Mix the powder with 300 ml of hot water
- Add 60g Crème Brûlée powder and 150 ml water into a blender (powder:water - 1 : 2.5)
- Turn to crema mode and whisk until whipped
- Add Brûlée on top and torch to get a delightful crunchy crust
- (optional) add caramel drizzle on top
Serve iced drinks with boba
Brown Sugar Black Sesame Latte
- 20g Premium Black Sesame Powder
- 20g Black Sugar Syrup
- 150g ice
- 300mL milk
- Add all ingredients into a shaker
- Shake well and serve.
Serve iced with tapioca pearls
Earl Grey Egg Waffles
- 500g Egg Waffle Powder
- 220g milk
- 9g Earl Grey Tea
- 110g water
- 60g oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 to 3g vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and materials, such as mixing bowl and bamboo sticks
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat milk for 1 minute. Add Earl Grey Tea and let it steep, removing bag or loose leaves after 5 minutes
- Whip eggs, then add milk, water, oil (and vanilla extract) and mix thoroughly
- Add egg waffle powder mix and blend well
- Cover batter and let sit for 20-30 minutes
- Preheat the egg waffle griddle to 175 C or 350 F
- Pour batter onto griddle, flip griddle and bake for 4 minutes
- flip griddle to original position and use bamboo stick to fold in half
