Ingredients
- 3 oz Strawberry fruit jam/smoothie paste
- 3 oz milk (whole milk recommended) See our alternative milk options
- 16 oz ice
Sugar Cookie Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon Bossen Brown Sugar Syrup
- 3 teaspoon Vanilla Syrup
- 1 teaspoon butter extract - **don't use real butter, it will solidify when cold.
- ¼-1/2 teaspoon Almond Orgeat
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender.
- Add fructose or frozen fruit pieces if desired.
- Blend well and enjoy.
Crème Brulée Latte
Ingredients
- 4 tsp Cafe Du Monde or Pantai Thai coffee
- 2 tsp condensed milk to taste
- 1 cup boiling water
**Cafe Du Monde requires a Vietnamese coffee filter (phin)
Crème Brulée Topping
- Powder : Water - 1 : 2.5
- Add 60g Crème Brulée Powder and 150ml water into a blender
Directions
- Brew coffee and mix in condensed milk
- Turn to crema mode and whisk until whipped
- Pour into the coffee
- Gently torch the top to get a delightfully crunchy crust
Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate Boba
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk or Bossen Non-Dairy Creamer
- 3 tablespoons Bossen Brown Sugar Syrup
- 3 tablespoons Ghiradelli Hot Cocoa Mix
- 5 to 7 drops peppermint extract
- 16 oz ice
Directions
